The Kheloyar app is under active Enforcement Directorate (ED) investigation for money laundering. The ED investigation found that the Mahadev betting app kingpins collaborated with gangster Dawood Ibrahim's brother Mushtaqeem Ibrahim Kaskar to develop the Kheloyar app and run it from Pakistan. The app operates under Kaskar's protection in Pakistan, with his aide from Sindh province running operations. The ED has frozen or seized proceeds of crime worth Rs 417 crore in connection with this case. The Kheloyar app is considered a subsidiary of the Mahadev Book app, which offers illegal online casino and betting platforms. The kingpins are believed to be hiding in Dubai with Lookout Circulars issued against them.
