Step 3 : in "store" page - select language as Tamil ebooks

Step 4 :just scroll the same page ,u can find , " books under rs 9 " category .just click on that.

Step 5 : list of books will be available .just click on the right side," filter "icon and u can see the list with , " sort by popularity " ,click it and select ," price - low to high "

Step 6 : now u can see the authors who have given free read.select the book you want from it and click buy for free.

Step 7 : finally ,it would be downloaded and u can read in library
