Twin baby if one suffer it will affect others too.both nilasini and mithrahasini are in critical condition.venmathi and mithran even though being a doctor's they are not able to tolerate the present situation.mithran has to take care of all the three.so long with out showing anything he beared everything through heart.very emotional UD.
